• 2 x EGR Blanking Plates (Exhaust Side)
• 2 x Coolant Line Caps (5/8" / 16mm)
• 2 x Hose Clamps

Features

The 4J Garage EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve) Blanking Plates are used when removing the EGR Cooling Unit (located above the exhaust manifold). Removing the ERG Cooling Unit is commonly required when fitting an aftermarket turbo, and is also a certain way to prevent recirculation of any exhaust gas back into the intake manifold. 

Our EGR Cooler Kits also include 2 rubber caps to cap off the redundant coolant inlet / outlet once the ERG Cooler has been removed.

This EGR Cooler Delete Kit is suitable for the following models: 

• 2014-2020 D-Max/MUX
• 2020 Bt-50 4JJ3

1. Removing the Emmisions devices from your vehicle may be illegal in your country or state. Our 4J Garage EGR Cooler Delete Kits are for use on private property / off-road only. 

2. Before removing the EGR Cooler or blanking any part of the EGR System, the vehicle EGR must be disabled through the vehicle ECU (this is usually done by tuners when remapping a vehicle ECU or fitting a Piggy Back ECU module). Alternatively an EGR delete cable can be used.
